life in the great depression

Living life in the great depresion was very hard, there were lots of struggles for the people. For example people were segregrated like the blacks had their places and the whites had their places. It was very unfair for people to be seperated due to the color of their skin, it made some people feel different and left out. One of the places that segregated blacks from whites was the movie theater it would have signs on the outside saying the colored theater, also the bus station had waiting rooms for white people and waiting rooms for black people. This is different from today because today we do not segregate people by the color of their skin.
